Air Fryer Jelly Donuts


Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)
½ cup fruit jelly or jam (your choice)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Oil spray (for cooking)

Directions:
Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use your finger to create a small hole in the center of each biscuit to make room for the jelly.
Fill with Jelly: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each biscuit with approximately 1 teaspoon of your chosen fruit jelly or jam. Be careful not to overfill, as the jelly may ooze out during cooking.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
Spray with Oil: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. You can also lightly spray the tops of the donuts with oil for a crispier texture.
