Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 roll chocolate chip cookie dough
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prep the Dough
Roll each piece of cookie dough into a smooth ball about one and a half inches wide.
Press your thumb into each ball to make an indent.
Stuff with Cheesecake
Fill each indent with about half a teaspoon of cheesecake filling.
Pinch the dough closed around the filling to keep it sealed.
Layer in the Pan
Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan generously with non-stick spray.
Place the stuffed dough balls into the pan, stacking them closely together.
Add mini chocolate chips between the layers and on top.
Bake to Perfection
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and set.
Tip: Put a baking sheet under the Bundt pan to catch any drips.
