*Moroccan Lamb and Prune Tagine Recipe*


Ingredients:
– 500g lamb or beef, cut into small pieces
– 2 onions, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup dried prunes (black or red)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 cups lamb broth
– 1/4 cup honey (optional)
– Chopped parsley for garnish
