Zucchini cheese bread – So fluffy, so cheerful, simply irresistible!
Wooahhhh – this bread was gone faster than baked! In less than 10 minutes plastered and completely right: outside golden brown, juicy inside and full of cheese. The perfect recipe for those who want to enjoy zucchini in a completely different way!

Ingredients:
3 eggs
300 g zucchini (incl. flowers, washed and coarsely rasped)
180 g wheat flour (type 405)
100 ml milk (warm)
100 ml sunflower oil (or other neutral oil)
200 g of spicy cheese (e.g. B. Provolone, grated or in cubes)
10 g baking powder (for savoury doughs)
10 fresh mint leaves (optional, finely chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
